As The Novo’s Venue Manager, Grace oversees scheduling, tours, and event coordination with a thoughtful, organized approach that ensures every detail is handled seamlessly. A Caldwell native, Grace has a special place in her heart for the story behind The Novo. She has been surrounded by the events industry her entire life and found her passion in the precision and creativity that event coordination requires.
In addition to her work at The Novo, Grace also owns and operates a successful event coordination and planning company, where she continues to serve couples and organizations throughout Central Texas. Her experience in both venue management and full-service planning gives her a rare perspective — understanding every side of an event from concept to completion.
