The Novo Downtown began as a dream between Pat and Tommy Novosad — lifelong Caldwell residents who saw potential where others saw decay. Their shared vision was to restore two historic buildings into a place where the community could gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories.
When Tommy passed away, Ms. Pat carried that vision forward with unwavering faith and grace. Every beam, every brick, every finish honors their story and the town they loved.
Today, The Novo stands as a living testament to love, resilience, and the belief that memories live on.
